Wally Minto? I went through a week of biofeedback and self-actualization that transformed my life. It was taught by Wally Minto. It was in the early 1970s and at the Unitarian church in San Francisco. Any possibility you know where Wally is now?

, "My you took that so well". Hey, after having miriagne headaches, a breech birth is a piece of cake. Finally they discovered I suffered from Byjemny, an irregular heartbeat and they put me on Verapamil. They started slow and finally put me on 240mg a day. Now this irregular heartbeat did not show up all the time, to find it they put me on a Holter monitor, for 24 hours. This medication not only corrected my heat beat, it had the added benefit of stopping my miriagnes. Now this does not mean for any of you reading this, that you run right out and ask your doctor to put you on verapamil or any other heart medication. But, we have pain for a reason, there is always a cause. Something that is wrong, and that is sometimes hard to find.I had low hemoglobin, I now give myself Dexferrum to keep it a normal level. I eat right, no junk food. I go to bed the same time every night. And more importantly, I get up the same time each morning and eat breakfast. It is important to keep yourself on a good routine. Drink plenty of water, the brain should be hydrated.I was taking a pain pill, but found out that I was rebounding. Now when I feel even a common headache coming on I drink 12 oz of water.Be of good hope, there is a reason you are having miriagnes, and where you find that reason, the pain will stop.I once wanted to die, but now I get up in the morning looking forward to life. There is a good source of information about miriagne on Health boards.com too. Good Luck

Once you have the proper training you can sell basically anything online. Beside those you mentioned here are the other options you have. My advice would be to pick two methods and to really stick to them, being consistent is key.Article Marketing: Write articles, use an article submitter/spinner to duplicate your article (same article, several versions), send them to thousands of directories at the same time with links to your lead capture page. Articles submitters are very powerful to get back links.Twitter marketing: There are strategies that will allow you to directly access your target market, even if you don't have any followers.Social marketing: Facebook Myspace strategies.Be careful which MLM you join if you plan on signing up for one, and invest in some training so that you put all chances on your side.To your success, Hina Deane

Wow, almost a year since I updated this thread? "Enjoy Living Again" has certainly been true for me thanks to Real Time Pain Relief. Have spent most of this past few months hiking daily in the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona Arizona, something I haven't had the comfort of doing for almost 30 years. What soreness I do get is quickly vanquished with Real Time and it even makes blisters on my feet disappear overnight with just a few applications. I continue to share Real Time Pain Relief when ever I hear of someone it can help, and that is most everyone actually. For me to not need to not take pain KILLERS is a miracle I will ever be thankful for. Try it, you'll like it.
