GDI is the owner of the exclusive rights to sell dot WS domains for the country of Western Samoa. Profits are shared with the island nation and 50% of your monthly hosting fee is paid out to the 5 people in your upline. You can register other TLD domains with GDI such as dot com, dot me, dot dot, etc. (OK, maybe not dot dot.) They charge an upfront fee for the name registration varying on the different domains going rate, usually around $9.99-$14.99/yr. If you choose a dot WS it is included in the $10/mo hosting fee. Many people choose several TLDs with the same name to protect their name. Dot ME is one of the more expensive TLDs averaging $14.99+/year. It is one of the newest domains, begun in 2006 but is filling up fast. It belongs to the country of Montenegro.
