Yep, good old fashioned begging.
There are many panhandlers on the web.
It’s really pretty simple to ask and receive.
Just create a “Donate” button at PayPal at post it on your website.

DO NOT lie. Trying to get money on false pretenses is illegal.
Plain old begging is not. You can raise money for charities or yourself.
You just need to be up front and have proof of any claims you make.
Oh, and yes…. you have to pay taxes on your “income”.
